Right from the moment we are born into the planet we are being guided for learning to speak,to write,to walk, to run & to ask what is needed. As we grow up, invariably we all tend to follow some traits & charateristics which we pick up from others either knowingly or unknowingly and consciously or unconsciously, we start applying them in our routines (whether those traits are positive or negative).
The other law of cosmos is also TRUE that we can change our thinking pattern & acting patterns when we apply them consciously & diligently. Afterall, the mind is just a field. So remember, your past never ever defines the current or the future, when one is consciously active.

About Dr. Anbarasu Thangavelu (Principal Consultant & Coach)
Anbarasu Thangavelu has 24+ years of experience in IT, Manufacturing & Teaching field. He worked in MNCs like Larsen & Toubro, TCS, Infosys and Cognizant, and KNILA, a startup IT Solutions firm. He managed large IT programs (300+ team), delivered successful Integration programs, developed and delivered solutions in Logistics, Telecom, Insurance, and Energy industry verticals using various technologies. In L&T, he was designing solutions for Cement industry as part of R&D.
He holds a Ph.D in Performance Management. and was a Visiting Faculty teaching Technology and Project Management at Karunya School of Management, Coimbatore.
He is a High-Performance Coach & Professional Speaker on Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Performance Management, and Mindfulness.
He is the Founder of Drishta Vidya. He helps organizations solve people / performance challenges using his experience gained in the IT industry managing people and technology, and the insights gained through the research on Performance Management. He uses EQ and Mindfulness to influence people for personal transformation and excellence.
